Our mission is to create a community-based program that supports and promotes the benefits of bicycling in the West Central Mountains, including Cascade, Donnelly, McCall, and New Meadows. 

We believe there is a very strong need in the mountain communities for the services we provide, and we do our best to fill that need! We strive to be a community leader in promoting a healthy and fun-filled lifestyle in the West Central Mountains.

Dean and Amy Cromwell (and their two children who are learning the ropes) work as a team to refurbish donated bikes and provide new helmets to children who wouldn't otherwise have a bike. They are actively involved in bike safety and bike maintenance education for children and run events using obstacle courses and hands on bike skills for preschool age on up. In 2019 they built a mountain bike trail at the local elementary school with the help of some dedicated volunteers. Students are now able to use it during recess and it has turned into a resource for the community! Through community and school partnerships, they have refurbished and given out bikes and helmets to more than 360 kids and Valley County and beyond! They are passionate about kids, bikes, our community and they love what we do!
